DRYV is an on-demand laundry and dry cleaning service operating in Chicago, Detroit and Los Angeles with a 50–100 vehicle fleet. Route planning was initially done manually—plotting stops and dragging routes—which became unmanageable as the business scaled, so DRYV turned to Routific and its Routific API to address dispatching complexity.

DRYV integrated Routific’s API to automate and optimize dispatching; the integration was straightforward and well supported by Routific, and it eliminated the need for a manual dispatcher. As a result, DRYV now receives optimized routes on demand, reliably fulfills last‑minute orders, and has removed significant manual routing overhead while scaling across its three markets.
