Greenhouse, a Toronto-based cold-pressed juice company, faced a high-complexity last-mile challenge: refrigerated products with a short shelf life, orders accepted until midnight for next-day delivery, and a 4x spike in deliveries during COVID (peaking as high as 1,500/week).
