Shepherd's Guide of Greater Tyler, Texas and Shepherd's Guide of Greater Houston, a regional Christian business directory, faced a logistical challenge getting rack-distributed directories to 30–40 stops across large territories. The Carters, who run the franchise, were unfamiliar with much of Houston and needed routing help, so they adopted Route4Me’s routing software and mobile apps to plan and manage deliveries.
