Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital completes EI&T in 12 months with Roth IAMS, under budget

Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital retained Roth IAMS to complete an Equipment Inventory and Tagging (EI&T) project. The challenge was to establish a reliable, standardized equipment dataset to support maintenance planning and asset tracking, which required integrating newly collected data into their existing CMMS, MEGAMATION, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Using SLAM EQUIP, Roth IAMS captured standardized equipment data in the field and worked collaboratively with the hospital's team to align this data for integration. The project provided a strong foundation for proactive equipment management, improving asset visibility and strengthening preventive maintenance planning. It was successfully completed under budget, reducing data gaps and enabling more efficient operations.
