Roth IAMS utilized its Audit Planner app on iPads to conduct real-time Facility Condition Assessments and equipment inventory tagging, which updated the city's Asset Planner software. This solution enabled the City of Kingston to efficiently analyze asset conditions, estimate replacement costs, and prioritize renewals, enhancing its asset management capabilities and resource utilization for the benefit of residents.
