The Marlow Club, a premier health and fitness club in Buckinghamshire and the south of the UK, needed a better way to manage instructors and handle last-minute cover. Before switching to RotaCloud, staff were scheduled manually and managers often had to make many phone calls to find someone available, which was time-consuming and raised concerns about fairness.
