Sunderland GP Alliance, a collaboration of 36 GP practices serving 250,000 patients, needed a way to coordinate a new seven-day GP service across 40 practices and hundreds of staff. They required a centrally managed, accessible, and flexible support tool, and chose RotaCloud to help manage the city-wide rota planning challenge.

RotaCloud provided the rota planning solution, along with a trial period, virtual training, and ongoing support to help the Alliance implement new ways of working. The result was successful delivery of the extended access service across the city, and Sunderland GP Alliance is now planning to use RotaCloud again for another new service.
