CLS Holdings, a commercial property investment company operating across the UK, Germany, and France, needed to handle a growing volume of digital invoices more efficiently. As its finance and property systems were fragmented across multiple legacy platforms, the company faced challenges around speed, accuracy, compliance, and cross-border processing.

Rossum provided CLS Holdings with an invoice data capture solution integrated with MRI X and SharePoint to automate invoice triage, validation, and routing. The implementation improved extraction quality, flagged duplicates and inconsistencies, and reduced document processing time by more than half, with an average processing time of 1.5 minutes per invoice and 52.2% time saved per invoice.
