Automating Invoice Posting in Accounting Platforms with Dativery One-Click Integration

Dativery, an integration-as-a-service company, needed to simplify and automate invoice capture and posting across a wide spectrum of API-enabled accounting systems. To solve that challenge, Dativery partnered with Rossum and its Elis document management platform to deliver a one‑click integration that connects invoice capture directly to customers’ ERPs.

Rossum’s Elis integration provides a few‑click setup that syncs Dativery’s data model with the ERP, auto-provisions Elis user accounts, and lets users submit invoices by forwarding them to a reserved email address. Dativery leverages the Elis Document Management API and Elis connector API so verified invoices — including original PDFs — are posted automatically to accounting software (currently in public beta on FlexiBee), delivering immediate posting to the general ledger and a streamlined verification workflow.
