The Municipality of Rotterdam faced the challenge of identifying and providing timely educational support to toddlers with developmental delays. Their manual, annual data analysis process was slow and privacy-conscious, taking over a year to produce insights, by which time the children had often already started primary school. To address this, they sought a new technical solution and partnered with Roseman Labs.

By implementing Roseman Labs' secure Multi-Party Computation technology, the municipality automated and greatly accelerated its data analysis. The solution enabled the production of monthly reports instead of an annual analysis, allowing for timely, targeted interventions in specific neighborhoods. As a result, the Municipality of Rotterdam can now identify at-risk toddlers and provide support before they begin school, all while fully safeguarding individual citizen privacy.
