UniGroup, the parent company of United Van Lines and Mayflower Transit, faced a challenge in scaling its fast-growing Logistics division. In 2018, they partnered with the vendor Rose Rocket to develop a technology platform, specifically a Transportation Management System (TMS), to address these needs.

Working as a strategic partner, Rose Rocket co-created the UniGroup Logistics Platform to connect the agent network. The solution provided all-mile visibility for customers and internal operational visibility for UniGroup.
