SPR Therapeutics is a Cleveland-based medical device company developing the FDA-approved SPRINT® peripheral nerve stimulation system as a non-opioid pain management alternative. As the company pursued rapid growth, disconnected legacy systems—separate CRM, inventory, accounting, and a rudimentary document control setup—created data silos, manual complaint handling, and delayed revenue visibility that threatened scalability.

SPR implemented Rootstock Cloud ERP and ComplianceQuest EQMS together with Salesforce CRM on the Salesforce Cloud Platform (implemented with Cloudloop), going live in August 2019 after a sub-seven-month rollout.
