They partnered with the vendor rooom to create a digital solution using their 3D platform to build a virtual mobility workshop.

rooom implemented a virtual workshop room where complex 3D models of the wheelchairs, created from photos, could be explored down to the spare parts. The solution centralized all product information, including videos and order sheets, on a single, accessible platform. The successful pilot launch for the UK market included user tracking to measure visitor numbers and interactions, with plans to expand to other markets and use the platform for digital training.
