PUKY, a German manufacturer of children's bicycles and scooters, faced a significant challenge when the COVID-19 pandemic halted in-person trade shows, their primary method for presenting new products to dealers. The company needed a quick, hygienically compliant alternative for their product presentations and online sales that would allow customers to inspect items closely. They partnered with rooom to create a virtual showroom with interactive 3D models.

rooom implemented a solution by rapidly building a virtual showroom and creating 3D product models using only standard product photos provided by PUKY. The showroom allowed products to be viewed online in 3D and through Augmented Reality (AR), enabling customers to visualize the true size and available colors of the bikes. This solution saved PUKY logistical effort, provided an engaging online presentation tool for sales, and is expected to help reduce return rates by giving customers a more accurate product understanding.
