Escape Lodging Company, an owner and operator of multiple properties on the West Coast, needed to automate guest data management because staff spent hours each morning manually checking arrivals and merging duplicate profiles. RoomKeyPMS’ Profile Match & Merge was rolled out at four properties (now expanding to a fifth) and automatically recommends matches (even with spelling errors), combines similar profiles across custom date ranges, preserves guest notes, and supports multiple contact points.
