KN Group, a provider of managed services for telecommunications, roads infrastructure and power, faced rising complexity as more engineers travelled for work: disjointed hotel booking processes, limited visibility of spend, duty-of-care concerns and administrative overhead. In 2014 KN Group selected Roomex’s hotel booking platform to centralise booking, payment and management of workforce accommodation.

Roomex delivered a fast, simple hotel booking, management and payment solution with a custom portal, corporate rates integration, consolidated monthly invoicing and real‑time reporting. The Roomex platform cut booking time from 10–15 minutes to about one minute per booking, streamlined hundreds of bookings a month, improved visibility of hotel spend and invoicing, and reduced credit‑card risk and administrative effort.
