Tirlán, a dairy processor with over 2,000 employees, faced the challenge of shifting to a hybrid working model in its new Kilkenny headquarters. The results included a weekly footfall of 650-750 employees, full utilization of resources, and significant cost savings by avoiding the need for additional space.
