The customer, therapyBOSS, a provider of a comprehensive SaaS platform for healthcare therapists, faced the challenge of balancing fast recovery with cost-efficiency for their disaster recovery solution. They partnered with Romexsoft to implement a Managed Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) solution on AWS to protect their business continuity from various potential disruptions.

Romexsoft designed and implemented a pilot light DR strategy on AWS, which maintained a minimal, always-running core of critical systems synchronized with the primary data center. This approach allowed Romexsoft to guarantee a recovery time objective (RTO) of about one hour and a recovery point objective (RPO) of seconds. The results included minimized downtime, meeting US healthcare compliance requirements, and creating a highly effective and cost-efficient disaster recovery infrastructure.
