Oracle EBS R12 Upgrade for Extendicare Health Services, Inc

Extendicare Health Services, Inc., a healthcare provider operating 185 senior care facilities across the United States, needed to upgrade its Oracle environment after Oracle de-supported version 11i. To avoid disruption to critical finance and procurement processes, Extendicare turned to Rolta International for help with its Oracle EBS R12 upgrade, including modules such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Payables, Purchasing, iExpenses, and iProcurement.

Rolta International implemented the upgrade from Oracle Applications Release 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3 and delivered multiple custom interfaces to support key business processes. Rolta also used its ROLTA EBS Implementation Manager Tool for customization discovery and handled remediation and testing of RICE components, including Discoverer and Neotix views, custom interfaces, reports, and personalizations. The result was enhanced functionality and integration in Oracle Release 12.1.3, delivered through a global development model with 50% offshore components.
