Multi-Dimensional Profitability Analysis for a Large Bank in Vietnam

Vietnam Bank, one of Vietnam’s largest banks by net income and assets, needed a way to build multi-dimensional profitability management as part of its financial transformation program. Working with Rolta International, the bank sought a solution integrated with funds transfer pricing and activity-based costing to measure and manage profitability at the lowest level of detail.

Rolta International implemented Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management Solution, connected to the bank’s transactional, treasury, and financial systems, with OBIEE for reporting and DRM for data relationship management. The result was a single source of truth for profitability analysis, automated performance measurement, user-editable allocation rules, and better visibility into top-performing products, branches, and customers to support improved planning and resource deployment.
