Integration of Ticketmaster Business Flow with existing EBS

Leading Live Entertainment and E-Commerce Company worked with Rolta International to migrate Ticketmaster US and UK onto an existing Oracle platform. The challenge was to integrate Ticketmaster business flows with the company’s Oracle EBS financial architecture while supporting core finance functions such as GL, AR, AP, FA, and CM.

Rolta International designed 28 complex interfaces to connect Ticketmaster operations with Oracle EBS 11.5.10 and expanded the financial architecture to support Ticketmaster UK. The implementation leveraged Rolta’s global development and QA team, improved the order-to-fulfillment cycle with R12 features, used a model with 50% offshore delivery, and eliminated the risk of an 11i de-support notice.
