Underwriters Laboratories (UL), a global public safety testing organization, needed to replace disparate legacy financial applications across 26 international business units. Its challenge was to create a single, standardized finance platform that would eliminate manual reconciliation, improve reporting accuracy, and provide a timely, consolidated view of global operations. Rolta International implemented Oracle E-Business Suite to support this transformation.

Rolta International delivered key Oracle Financials modules—including General Ledger, Payables, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, and Receivables—across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific using a standardized global approach. The result was a single chart of accounts, automated monthly close and reconciliation processes, improved visibility into procurement and payables, and lower operating and maintenance costs after legacy systems were decommissioned.
