Clough Limited, one of Australia’s leading engineering, construction and asset management groups, needed help with document management and engineering integration for its operations. The company chose Rolta International and SmartPlant Foundation to support Phase 1 of its document management initiative, including workflow configuration and implementation services.

Rolta International configured internal document review and vendor document review transmittals, created workflows, distribution matrices, templates, expediting processes, and transmittal cover sheet reports, and trained Clough staff through hands-on workshops. As a result, Phase 1 was successfully rolled out, and the solution laid the foundation for later Phase 2 and Phase 3 engineering integration work using SPF TEF.
