One of the largest Oil & Gas Conglomerates in the Middle East engaged Rolta International to improve its information ecosystem and accelerate its BI and analytics maturity journey. The customer needed a phased roadmap to strengthen collaboration, transparency, operational excellence, and risk management across its upstream operations.

Rolta International delivered a pilot of its Rolta OneView Analytics Solution for composite risk management, integrating data from nine heterogeneous operational, IT, engineering, and GIS systems. The pilot was completed in just six weeks, leading to a three-wave BI roadmap and Wave 1 delivery covering supply chain, finance, HR, and safety; results included improved productivity, better logistics planning, reduced business risk, stronger compliance for safety-critical equipment, and enhanced HCM planning and competency tracking.
