OEM Solutions, a large powersports OEM supporting three brands, partnered with Rollick to improve dealer sales performance and create a better buying experience. The company needed to generate more qualified leads from its website, establish a stronger dealer lead-routing and accountability process, and increase contact rates by offering transparent pricing through an OEM-to-dealer quoting solution.

Rollick implemented its Aimbase Quoting and Lead Management solution, along with dealer lead routing, consumer call center support, and dealer response training. Rollick optimized lead capture forms, enabled dealers to quote leads by text and email, and set automatic rerouting rules if leads were not opened and quoted within three hours. As a result, average dealer lead response time improved by 5.5 hours, from 8.5 hours to under 3 hours, and 90% of leads entering Aimbase were quoted by a dealer.
