Jump Giants, a trampoline and inflatable centre in Essex, partnered with Roller Software to manage online bookings, waiver solutions, session scheduling, POS and reporting. After a streamlined onboarding the team found the POS easy to learn, but the launch of a 10,000 sq ft inflatable park created new operational demands around higher guest volumes, seamless check‑in and revenue capture.

Roller Software’s platform delivered an end‑to‑end booking-to-check‑in flow that staff could master quickly, enabling Jump Giants to scale operations for the new attraction.
