TreeClimb, a group of two adventure parks in South Australia, wanted to reduce overheads while improving customer service as demand for self-service bookings and changes grew. The company needed a way to let guests manage bookings more easily, especially outside normal support hours and when weather caused last-minute changes.

To address this, TreeClimb used ROLLER Software’s online accounts, progressive checkout, guest surveys, and digital waiver software. The result was close to 90% of transactions happening on the website without human interaction, 1,800 guests creating online accounts in just a few months, and an 80% increase in feedback responses. TreeClimb also reported a dramatic increase in website conversion rates and stronger online reviews, including one venue with close to 1,700 Google reviews and a 4.8 rating.
