Bingemans, a Canadian amusement park with more than a million annual guests and a peak staff size exceeding 600, needed a POS and booking system that could keep up as its attractions and event offerings grew more complex. Its previous system, CenterEdge, could no longer support the flexible online ticketing, multi-venue management, and data needs the team required, so Bingemans turned to Roller Software and ROLLER.

With Roller Software’s ROLLER platform, Bingemans built custom guest experiences, seasonal ticket bundles, memberships, and an automated Premier Partnership Program without custom development or added headcount. The program alone generated more than $40,000 in additional revenue, signed up 88 companies, and had 56 actively using it, while Bingemans also sold out its initial run of 99 Advent Calendar boxes and launched new membership tiers that hit monthly targets early.
