How Amaze World Reduced Inventory Management Time by 50%

Amaze World, an adventure park on Australia’s Sunshine Coast, wanted to replace separate Point 3 POS and WordPress booking systems with a single streamlined platform. After the venue was upgraded by new owners Robyn and Adam Cheshire, the business needed a better way to manage admissions, reduce congestion, and improve the guest experience. It chose Roller Software and ROLLER for venue management, including online bookings and timed entry.

With Roller Software’s ROLLER platform, Amaze World added scheduled entry times, online checkout, memberships, timed sessions, birthday party bookings, payment links, and stock tracking in Venue Manager. The result was less time spent on inventory management, which Myra Williams said was reduced by around 50%, and stronger online sales that helped double revenue. The venue also improved F&B operations and guest flow, while winning Sunshine Coast Business Awards in 2022 and 2023 and the overall Sunshine Coast Business of the Year in 2023.
