BH Live manages multiple venues across the United Kingdom, including Cool Coast ice rink, Clip n’ Climb, and Exploria. As the company expanded into the leisure space, its own booking system no longer met its needs, and it was looking for a partner whose setup and user interface worked well for both staff and guests. It chose Roller Software.

BH Live implemented ROLLER at one venue and then expanded to two more after seeing how easy it was to set up and use. Matt Willams said staff training took “half an hour, tops,” and the system has been well received by both employees and customers.
