RolePoint launched three engagement campaigns, driving 40% employee sign‑up and 40% of users connecting their social accounts, yielding a social reach of 74,608. That activity produced 109 referral submissions and 132 social shares per month, 1,504 job views (895 unique), roughly +25 ATS applications per month and a 24% conversion rate of referrals into applications, with technology roles among the top‑referred positions.
