Lexus partnered with Roku as consumers shifted away from public transit and ride-sharing during COVID-19, creating a new audience of potential first-time car buyers. To reach these viewers during its Summer Sales Event, Lexus needed an efficient way to build awareness and drive purchase intent in a rapidly growing streaming environment, using Roku’s CTV advertising solutions and OneView platform.
Roku helped Lexus run a full-funnel campaign by combining a Brand Experience on The Roku Channel with audience targeting across devices through OneView. The campaign delivered strong results: 75% of the exposed audience on Roku never saw the ad on linear TV, while Lexus achieved 89% lower cost per delivered traffic and 52% lower cost per high-value action. Roku’s approach helped improve reach, frequency management, and overall campaign efficiency.
