Cinemark, one of the world’s largest theatrical exhibition companies, wanted to unlock new growth opportunities while improving value for moviegoers. Working with Rokt and its Rokt Thanks and Rokt Ads products, Cinemark aimed to generate incremental revenue, personalize offers, and acquire new customers without disrupting the checkout experience.

Rokt helped Cinemark deliver personalized first- and third-party offers on confirmation pages, including a Cinemark gift card promotion and Movie Club acquisition ads on premium ecommerce sites. The results included a 16.02% customer conversion on the Cinemark gift card offer and 12.24% positive engagement with third-party offer placements, helping Cinemark create a new revenue stream and drive customer acquisition.
