Slevomat, the leading experience deals site in the Czech and Slovak Republics, wanted to increase its revenue without increasing its overall marketing budget. They tasked ROIVENUE with providing a data-driven solution to optimize their marketing channel spend.
The ROIVENUE team used its platform to break down and analyze Slevomat's traffic, identifying high and low-performing channels. Using the ROIVENUE Budget Optimizer, they reallocated the existing budget based on data-driven attribution, first focusing on Facebook and AdWords and then on segmenting the Criteo platform. The result was a significant revenue increase of over 19% in the first phase and a further 5.92% increase in the second phase, all while the marketing budget remained the same or was slightly reduced. This led to an overall marketing ROI boost of over 19%.
