Rogue Wave Software implemented an on‑premises API platform providing lifecycle management, a secure gateway (OAuth, throttling, OWASP protections), IBM DataPower integration, mediation/orchestration, analytics, and a developer portal. As a result, Large Bank established a PCI‑compliant tokenization service managed by the platform, eliminated fifty applications from PCI scope, gained full visibility and analytics across APIs, automated channel onboarding, and enabled Apple Pay in hours instead of months — delivering lower operational risk and faster time‑to‑market.
