Corvette America, a leading manufacturer of Corvette interiors and aftermarket parts serving a 3,000‑member worldwide dealer network, needed to keep central operations lean while providing fast, accurate service and move more processes online to give dealers instant access to parts, pricing, inventory and order status. To address this, Corvette America partnered with Rogue Wave Software, deploying Zend PHP solutions on an IBM i platform.

Rogue Wave Software implemented the Zend PHP stack (Zend Server and Zend Studio) integrated directly with Corvette America’s IBM i/DB2 ERP, enabling a dealer portal launched in 9 months that delivers rapid part searches, product images, invoice access, real‑time inventory, ordering, tracking and multiple shopping baskets. The project cut page load times in half, saved weeks of development time, boosted dealer self‑service (critical since ~70% of business flows through dealers) and modernized the ERP environment while reusing existing RPG/SQL business logic.
