Rogue Wave Software’s Zend Server (used with Zend Framework and Zend Studio) let Software2 build and scale the Hub rapidly: the installation, deployment and upgrade process saved at least two months of development time, removed the need for two additional administrators, and paid for itself within 3–6 months. The solution produced a consistent release schedule, enabled new functionality (such as Windows app access from OS X and Android), and reliably supports tens of thousands of users across customer sites.
