Case Study: corosys achieves faster engineering and US-market compliance with Rockwell Automation Integrated Architecture

A Rockwell Automation Case Study

Corosys Ready to Conquer Us Brewing Market

Corosys, a manufacturer of sensors and process systems for the brewing industry, needed to redesign its control architecture to enter the US market and meet local brewing regulations. It turned to Rockwell Automation and its Integrated Architecture approach, including Allen-Bradley CompactLogix PACs, PanelView HMIs, PowerFlex drives, and EtherNet/IP connectivity.

Rockwell Automation helped corosys implement a compact carbonation system that controls CO2 dosing inline without a buffer tank. The result was engineering time cut from four days to two, easier deployment and programming, and simpler integration with customer sites. The solution also enabled remote monitoring and maintenance, used US-certified hardware, and provided a more flexible, standardized platform across the PAC, drives, and HMI.
