Collaboration Helps Drive Innovation at FEECO

FEECO International needed a scalable DCS solution to support process and equipment development from initial lab testing through plant design and commercial production. In its Innovation Center, the company worked with Rockwell Automation and the PlantPAx distributed control system, built on an Allen-Bradley ControlLogix platform, to give customers a reliable way to prove concepts and refine processes.

Rockwell Automation implemented PlantPAx with PowerFlex AC drives, FactoryTalk software, and technical expertise to create a system that scales from analytical testing and pilot plants to full production. The result was faster solution development, smoother factory acceptance testing and start-up, and stronger aftermarket support, including remote monitoring, helping FEECO save time and money while improving visibility into process performance.
