Campari upgraded and expanded its Wild Turkey distillery to centralize bourbon processing and bottling in-house without compromising quality or consistency. To support higher demand and reduce third-party shipping and production constraints, Campari worked with Rockwell Automation on a new highly automated facility using PlantPAx and FactoryTalk View SE.

Rockwell Automation implemented plantwide process control and real-time visibility across blending, filtering, proof cutting, and bottling. The new system improved batch tracking, regulatory reporting, and operational control, helping OEE rise from about 10–20 percent to roughly 70 percent while reducing cost per case and improving time-to-market.
