Welsh Government launches Rent Smart Wales for 70,000 to 130,000 landlords with Rocktime

The Welsh Government faced a challenge when new legislation rendered its existing Landlord Accreditation Wales Scheme obsolete. Rocktime developed the comprehensive Rent Smart Wales system, which launched in phases to manage registrations, licenses, training courses, and enforcement activities. The solution was heralded as innovative and ground-breaking, receiving significant local and national media coverage upon its launch. Rocktime successfully delivered this critical system, which enables local councils to identify all private rental properties and helps improve the image of the sector across Wales.
