Full Creative implemented Rockset, using its built‑in DynamoDB integration and continuous live sync to provide a SQL interface on semi‑structured call data (with native Redash support). Rockset’s automatic indexing enabled low‑latency joins, aggregates, and groups powering a live operations dashboard that gives the ops team real‑time visibility into hundreds of agents, faster anomaly detection and response, and measurable improvements in actionable, up‑to‑the‑minute metrics.
