Westway Sports Centre, a community sports charity in West London, needed to boost visibility and drive traffic to its Facebook pages and promote activities across multiple sports. To achieve this, Westway partnered with Rocketseed and used Rocketseed’s branded email marketing and banner campaigns to channel interest from their email communications into social media engagement.
Rocketseed implemented segmented, sport-specific email banners and social links to cross-market Westway’s facilities and promote events. The results were measurable: a climbing Facebook banner achieved a 12.4% click-through rate and a Fives department campaign reached as high as 22% CTR, significantly increasing Facebook hits and overall engagement for Westway Sports Centre.
