The U.S. Government Agency needed to retire an obsolete records application and replace it with a web-based, scalable, and secure way to manage historical documents and reports. Its old system required users to install software on a PC and was difficult to navigate, while also needing to meet government certification standards. Rocket Software’s Rocket EOS 360 was selected to help solve this challenge.

Rocket Software implemented EOS 360 to quickly transfer data from the legacy application and integrate it with the agency’s mainframe environment, creating an accessible web interface without requiring a brand-new application. The migration took just three months, reduced costs, and improved security and compliance. The new system can generate 400 report types from four applications, support 3,000 potential users, and process 1,000 reports per month.
