PVH Corp., one of the world’s largest apparel companies, needed a faster way to give retail merchandising teams timely sales information in the field. Working with Rocket Software and its Rocket® LegaSuite Web Application modernization tools, PVH aimed to extend its IBM i-based merchandising and forecasting systems to mobile devices without disrupting core operations.

Rocket Software helped PVH rapidly deploy a mobile browser version of the merchandising application for iPads, replacing static PDF reports with real-time sales data accessible anywhere. The result was improved access for hundreds of district and regional managers and executives, faster and more informed decision-making, and a clearer end-to-end view of sales trends to support timely inventory adjustments.
