Modernizing Infrastructure with Rocket® Data Replicate and Sync

VicRoads, a state government agency in Victoria, Australia, needed to modernize its mainframe-based infrastructure while reducing rising IMS, Db2, and VSAM maintenance costs and meeting growing customer expectations. To address this challenge, VicRoads worked with Rocket Software partner CCA Software Pty Ltd and evaluated Rocket Software’s Rocket Data Replicate and Sync.

Rocket Software implemented Rocket Data Replicate and Sync to move mainframe data onto a modern platform with near real-time, two-way replication and no code-based development. The result was faster time-to-market, improved operational efficiency, and the launch of new digital services such as SMS and mobile payments, online vehicle transfers, and broader API and mobile app integration without disrupting existing systems.
