Hellenic Bank, a leading financial institution in Cyprus, needed to modernize its rapidly expanding IT environment after acquiring assets from Cyprus Cooperative Bank. Its legacy terminal emulator created security concerns, limited integration across systems, and forced tellers to log in repeatedly across siloed applications, slowing service and restricting mobility for credit officers.

After a proof of concept, Hellenic Bank chose Rocket Software’s Rocket® Modern Experience (MX) Web and Rocket® Process Integration to transform host-based applications into web and mobile experiences without recoding. Rocket Software helped the bank integrate many applications and databases into a single HTML5-based, TLS-secured interface, and staff quickly adopted the new workflow.
