Fiserv, a financial services company, needed better visibility into its data protection environment and a more reliable way to monitor backups and disaster recovery across hundreds of servers. The result was faster backup performance, with processes reduced from hours to minutes, and an estimated savings of 30 or more backup hours per week. Fiserv also said two backup administrators saved eight hours each weekly, while reporting, troubleshooting, and overall IT productivity improved significantly.
