Rocket Software’s MultiValue platform powered Pinellas County’s dispatch system and the Storm Impressions app for first responders, helping the county maintain 100% uptime during the Category 5 hurricane. Even as call volume tripled to nearly 6,000 calls in a day, the system delivered 500-millisecond response times with no outages or latency, enabling faster coordination, rescue prioritization, and safer service for citizens and responders.
