The Big Four South African Bank needed a more cost-effective terminal emulator that could integrate with its modern infrastructure and Blue Prism RPA setup, after 16 years with Attachmate and rising costs for an upgrade. The bank also needed a solution that could support deployment to Windows 10 and fit the realities of its banking environment.
